PLANNING & ACCOUNTABILITY
CAFNR Plan of Work
The CAFNR Plan of Work and Accountability team provides leadership in organizational program planning, reporting, accomplishments, and evaluation. Research and Extension leaders work together to develop goals, strategies, and action steps that serve the people of Texas.
CAFNR Research and Extension professionals participate in annual planning and statewide processes that solicit stakeholder input. The team supports these efforts through training and resource development, and coordinates annual reporting using contributions from Research Scientists, Extension Specialists, and county Agents.
