In their words

Selected verbatim responses

"Make it easier to navigate and find student resources… important things like scholarships, research opportunities, and upcoming events are sometimes buried. A clearer layout or a central student hub page would really improve the experience."
"The average user doesn't know the difference between Research, Academics, and Extension. These should clearly be defined and differentiated on the site."
"Faculty information is hidden inside the program information at the bottom… Faculty information should be accessible on the first page of the website."
"When trying to access the staff/faculty directory, it does not load. I would like to see every staff/faculty member associated with CAFNR."
"Have a page that opens up to all student resources, including student orgs, scholarships, and graduate programs."
"The website needs to be updated frequently. Some information has not been updated since Covid."
"Home page should show menus for Academics, Research and Extension… click extension and it takes you to a page showing all programs."
"The Join Us section displays the same date for all seminar series, even though clicking opens the actual date."
"People are not used to using the chatbot to get information. Also, many times it cannot provide accurate information."
"Fewer clicks, all pages having a cohesive look."
"It should not be a roadblock for visitors outside our university. They should be able to find information easily."
"I would not change a thing. Great job!"
