The CAFNR Procurement Request System gives faculty and staff in the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources one simple place to request purchases, from lab supplies to major equipment. Instead of chasing paper forms and email chains, requesters fill out a guided online form, attach their quotes and documents, and submit. Each request then moves automatically to the right people: the principal investigator first, then department and budget leaders for larger purchases, and finally the procurement team. Everyone can see where a request stands at any time and gets an email when it needs their attention. Built-in checks catch missing documents early, and every decision is recorded. That means fewer delays, fewer surprises, and a clear record from request to purchase across Research, Extension, Academics and Farm.
